This Privacy Policy (together with any other documents referred to on it, hereinafter the “Policy“) sets out the basis on which ProdOps (Devops Ltd.) or any of its affiliates ("ProdOps" or "us" or "we") collect and/ or process any personal data from you, the visitors of the website operated or owned by us ("you"  and "Website" respectively), while visiting the Website or that you provide us in any other way (including by contacting us through the Website or by other means of communications.

We recognize the importance of keeping that information secure and will ensure that the collection, use and sharing of your Personal Information will be conducted in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

This Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. We may share your Personal Information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary for the Purpose unless otherwise permitted by law, and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations requiring such third parties to maintain the privacy and security of your Personal Information.
  3. In case that we will be under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Information with or without your consent, and with or without notice in order to comply with any legal obligation including without limitation a subpoena, court order, or search warrant.
  4. We may disclose the Personal Information where you are performing any act in the Website which constitutes a violation of any law.

If you believe that the process of the Personal Information is not complying with the law applicable to you or our response have not satisfied you, you may lodge a complaint to the relevant Supervisory Authority (as defined in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

However, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you provide.
